Product and Payroll Update

2013 Federal Withholding Tables have not been passed or published. The IRS has stated that an appropriate approach is to continue to use the 2012 withholding tables and rates which this update is based on.

We expect to release new federal tables in early January when they have been published.

Changes to Federal SSI, OASDI and Medicare rates, wage base and thresholds are included as well as support for the 2012 W-2. Many state and local changes are included and can be found at the bottom of these release notes.

Important Installation Notes:

Load your payroll tax tables only after you have Started a New Payroll Year and be sure to make a backup to be used later to print W-2s and 1099's.

AccountEdge Mobile, Time Tracker, Backup and Dropbox Support

Dropbox is shifting developers over to a new API/method of communicating with users Dropbox accounts. This update provides a new method for communicating and authenticating with Dropbox in order to sync with AccountEdge Mobile and Time Tracker as well as backing up to Dropbox. If you have already linked to your Dropbox account you shouldn't see any changes.
